ANNOUNCEMENT

Brent Ward, announced the purchase of the assets of JEB Fabricating Inc., a full process metal fabricating and machining company. The company will be making a change to its identity with a new name, Integrated Fabrication & Machine Inc..

HISTORY

JEB Fabricating Inc., was started over 20 years ago. During this 20 year period the company has experienced significant growth and expansion, developing an excellent reputation for producing high quality, reliable, competitive fabrications to various segments of the Capital Goods Market. The company evolved from a simple steel fabricating company to a full process job shop. State of the art CNC manufacturing / machining capabilities and finishing processes have been added in recent years to differentiate JEB from the typical fabricating shop. In addition, JEB has vast experience in producing machined fabrications out of various specialty materials like stainless steel.

BRENT WARD

Brent Ward brings his 20 plus years of expertise in the specialty metals manufacturing business, and 10 years of Senior Executive experience to the Integrated Fabrication & Machine Team. Ward is past President of Marcegaglia USA, and previously was President of Trent Tube, Division of Crucible Materials Corporation.
